Vegetable-Beef Skillet Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup lima beans
1 cup corn cut from cob
1 cup cut green beans
3/4 to 1 teaspoon garlic salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
4 medium tomatoes, peeled and cubed
Directions
Cook ground beef until browned in a large skillet, stirring to crumble, drain.
Return beef to skillet, add onion, lima beans, corn, green beans, garlic salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes.
Add tomatoes, and heat.
