Vegetable Beef Medley Recipe

Ingredients
1 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 green pepper, diced
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 6-oz. can ripe olives
1/2 c olive liiquid
1 1 & oz. pan tomatoes
1 9 oz can corn, drained
Salt to talte
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook and drain macaroni.
Lightly brown green pepper, onion and garlic in salad oil.
Remove from pan; brown ground beef.
Return browned mixture to skillet.
Stir in olives, olive liquid, tomatoes, corn and macaroni.
Salt to taste; heat until bubbly.
Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese; bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is golden brown.
