Vegetable Topped Halibut Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 12-ounce package frozen halibut steaks | ||
| Lemon juice | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Carrots | 2 Medium, shredded | |
| 2 tablespoons sliced green onion | ||
| Snipped parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried marjoram | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| 1 small tomato, cut into wedges and seeded | ||
Directions
Thaw fish.
Place in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish; brush with a little lemon juice and sprinkle with the salt.
Toss together carrot, onion, parsley, and marjoram; spoon atop fish.
Top with tomato wedges.
Bake, covered, in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
With a slotted spatula, carefully lift the halibut steaks and the vegetables to serving platter.
