Vegetable Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Carrots | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely grated | |
| 1/2 cup chopped raw mushrooms | ||
| Finely minced parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In 2-qt casserole place butter, onion, carrots, mushrooms, parsley, bread crumbs, egg, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Toss to mix well.
Pack lightly into fish.
