Vegetable Stock Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 2 1/2 Pint | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| 2 celery stalks with leaves | ||
| Carrot | 1 Large | |
| Yeast | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. Heat the water in a pan and add the coarsely chopped vegetables, including the celery leaves. Simmer for 45 minutes.
2. Strain off the liquid and throw away the vegetables. Add the yeast extract. Use wherever stock is required.
