 Rotini1 1⁄2 Pound, cooked according to package instructions (Tri-Color Variety)
 Onion1 1⁄2 Medium, sliced
 Red bell pepper1 1⁄2 Medium, julienned
 Green bell pepper1 1⁄2 Medium, julienned
 White mushrooms1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
 Yellow squash1 1⁄2 Small, chopped
 Marinara sauce1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (1.5 To 2 Cups)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

1. Heat a wok and put-in the cooking oil.
2. When the oil becomes hot, put-in the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add the bell peppers and white mushrooms then stir. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add salt, pepper, and yellow squash then stir and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Put-in the rotini pasta and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Pour-in the marinara sauce and mix well. Cook for a minute.
7. Serve. Share and enjoy!
