Stir Fried Vegetable Pasta Recipe Video

| Rotini | 1 1⁄2 Pound, cooked according to package instructions (Tri-Color Variety) | |
| Onion | 1 1⁄2 Medium, sliced | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 1⁄2 Medium, julienned | |
| Green bell pepper | 1 1⁄2 Medium, julienned | |
| White mushrooms | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped | |
| Yellow squash | 1 1⁄2 Small, chopped | |
| Marinara sauce | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (1.5 To 2 Cups) | |

Directions
2. When the oil becomes hot, put-in the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add the bell peppers and white mushrooms then stir. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add salt, pepper, and yellow squash then stir and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Put-in the rotini pasta and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Pour-in the marinara sauce and mix well. Cook for a minute.
7. Serve. Share and enjoy!
