Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
This vegetable stir fry is a crunchy stir fry made with toasted sesame seeds. Prepared with carrot, celery and green peppers, the vegetable stir fry is tossed with neufchatel cheese cubes coated with sesame seeds. Deliciously crunchy and crspy with the veggies, this very American stir fry is a great addition to the dinner table.
Ingredients
| 1 8-ounce package Light Neufchatel Cheese, cubed | ||
| Sesame seed | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
| 2 cups diagonally cut carrot slices | ||
| 2 cups diagonally cut celery slices | ||
| 3/4 cup thin green pepper strips | ||
| Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Coat neufchatel cheese cubes with sesame seed; chill.
In large skillet or wok, stir-fry vegetables in margarine and seasonings until crisp-tender.
Remove from heat.
Add neufchatel cheese to vegetables; mix lightly.
