Vegetable Soup With Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Hamburger | 1 pound, browned | |
| Tomatoes - 2 15-ounce cans, diced | ||
| Carrots | 2 | |
| Onions | 2 | |
| Potatoes | 2 | |
| Garlic - 1-2 cloves, minced | ||
| V-8 vegetable juice - 12-ounce, can | ||
| Celery - 1 1/2-2 cups, sliced | ||
| Beef stock concentrate - 2 teaspoon or | ||
| Beef bouillon – 2 cubes | ||
| Vegetables - 2-3 cups (cauliflower, peas, corn, limas, or your choice of leftovers from your freezer) | ||

MAKING
1. In slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook with cover on Low for 12 hours or High 4-6 hours.
