Ingredients

 Carrot 2 No. (Medium)
 Cabbage200 Gram
 Beans100 Gram
 Capsicum100 Gram
 Fine ginger and garlic paste 2 Tea spoon
 Cornflour40 Gram
 Ajenomoto 2 Tea spoon
 Salt and white pepper To Taste
 Vegetable Stock or Water 3.5 Lit.
 Butter50 Gram

Directions

MAKING
1)Peel and wash carrot. Cut all vegetables.
2)In a saucepan, boil water and add in vegetables and ginger garlic paste.
3)Add in cornflour mixed in cool water to the saucepan. Season with salt, ajinomoto and white pepper after 2 minutes. Check if soup is thick enough and remove from flame or heat.

SERVING
4)Serve soup hot with butter.
