Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrot 2 No. (Medium) | ||
| Cabbage | 200 Gram | |
| Beans | 100 Gram | |
| Capsicum | 100 Gram | |
| Fine ginger and garlic paste 2 Tea spoon | ||
| Cornflour | 40 Gram | |
| Ajenomoto 2 Tea spoon | ||
| Salt and white pepper To Taste | ||
| Vegetable Stock or Water 3.5 Lit. | ||
| Butter | 50 Gram | |
Directions
MAKING
1)Peel and wash carrot. Cut all vegetables.
2)In a saucepan, boil water and add in vegetables and ginger garlic paste.
3)Add in cornflour mixed in cool water to the saucepan. Season with salt, ajinomoto and white pepper after 2 minutes. Check if soup is thick enough and remove from flame or heat.
SERVING
4)Serve soup hot with butter.
