Ingredients

 Vegetable stock2 Liter
 Carrots100 Gram, thinly sliced
 French Beans100 , finely chopped
 60g cauliflower, broken into small florets
 Peas60 Gram
 60g broccoli, broken into small florets
 Salt To Taste
  black pepper1
 Parsley for garnish

Directions

Bring stock to the boil.
Add carrots, beans, cauliflower and peas.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add broccoli and cook 2-3 minutes or until tender.
Season to taste.
