Quick Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable stock | 2 Liter | |
| Carrots | 100 Gram, thinly sliced | |
| French Beans | 100 , finely chopped | |
| 60g cauliflower, broken into small florets | ||
| Peas | 60 Gram | |
| 60g broccoli, broken into small florets | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Parsley for garnish | ||
Directions
Bring stock to the boil.
Add carrots, beans, cauliflower and peas.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add broccoli and cook 2-3 minutes or until tender.
Season to taste.
