Vegetable Soup Recipe
Vegetable Soup makes a prefect starter. Vegetable Soup is my mom favorite because it does not take any time oto prepare. Vegetable Soup gets it rich flavore from seasoning.
Ingredients
12 oz. cooked diced vegetables
1/2 oz dripping
1 pint water or stock
Seasoning
Directions
Melt the fat in the cooker.
Fry the vegetables in this for 5 minutes without browning.
Add the liquid and seasoning.
Put on lid, bring steadily to pressure, then lower the heat and cook for 3 minutes.
This is one of the few soups where it is better to cool the pan quickly by putting it under the cold tap for a few seconds.
