Vegetable Soup Recipe
I am sharing this recipe of vegetable soup which is near and dear to my heart. Vegetable soup as an appetizer never fails to impress. Not trying out this vegetable soup after reading about it is one of the biggest crimes you could possibly imagine of committing.
Ingredients
1/4 cup diced onion
2 pkg. chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. basil
Dash of white pepper
1 1/2 to 2 cup water
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Cook first 3 ingredients until onion is translucent.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 20 minutes.
Remove 1/2 cup vegetables.
Puree remaining ingredients.
Return all to pan, heating through.
