Vegetable Seekh Kabab Recipe

Ingredients
Potatoes 2 cups
Carrots, beans and peas 3 tbsp
Ginger and garlic 1 tbsp
Bread slices 4
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp or Amchur 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Handful of chopped green coriander leaves
Green chilies 2-3
A pinch of red/orange colour Wooden toothpicks 20
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste
Directions
Mash potatoes with all the vegetables.
Mix in all the other ingredients.
Take a little mixture on your palm and press into long kebabs on the toothpick.
Shallow fry the kebabs on a frying pan with a little oil.
Fry till golden brown.
