Ingredients
| Potatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots, beans and peas 3 tbsp | ||
| Garlic ginger | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Bread slices | 4 | |
| Lemon juice 1/2 tsp or Amchur 1 tsp | ||
| Garam masala | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Handful of chopped green coriander leaves | ||
| Green chilies | 3 | |
| A pinch of red/orange colour Wooden toothpicks 20 | ||
| Frying Oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Mash potatoes with all the vegetables.
Mix in all the other ingredients.
Take a little mixture on your palm and press into long kebabs on the toothpick.
Shallow fry the kebabs on a frying pan with a little oil.
Fry till golden brown.
