Vegetable Sandwich and Citrus Drink Recipe Video
Ingredients
Cucumber- ½ sliced in thin rounds
Bread – 2 slices
Hummus- 3 tablespoons
Tomato- 1, sliced in rounds
For citrus drink
Instant lemonade- 1 can
Pineapple- 2 slices
Ice- 1 cup
Mandarin orange segments- 1 can
Directions
MAKING
1) Apply hummus on a bread slice and place couple of layers of cucumbers on it.
2) Place tomato slices on top and then put lettuce leaf over it.
3) Put the second bread slice and close the sandwich.
4) Slice it diagonally in to two.
5) To make citrus drink, pour all the ingredients in a large container and blend until smooth.
SERVING
6) Serve the sandwich with ketchup or any other condiment.
7) Pour the citrus drink in a glass and serve.
