Ingredients

 Mayonnaise3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Small onions sliced, 15
 Carrot15
 Tiny potatoes, boiled, 15
 Tomato slices15
 Cucumber15
 Green seedless grapes, 15 or pineapple pieces
 Salt, pepper to taste
 Lettuce, 1 head

Directions

Wash, drain and finely chop lettuce.
Add salt and pepper.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on all the vegetables.
In the centre of a plate put some mayonnaise in a small bowl; spread lettuce around.
On this arrange tomato slices, then place cucumber and carrot slices.
Insert sliced chilli, grape and potato with a toothpick, so they can be lifted together.
Fix all the vegetables and fruits in this manner and arrange in a plate, around the bowl of mayonnaise.
