Vegetable Rice Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup Marie's Italian garlic salad dressing
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of freshly ground pepper
2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup broccoli flowerets, cooked
1/2 cup sliced carrot, cooked
1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
Lettuce leaves
Directions
In medium bowl, combine dressing, juice and pepper.
Add rice, broccoli, carrot and tomatoes; toss gently to coat.
Cover; refrigerate until serving time (at least four hours).
