Ingredients

 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
3 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
 
1 beaten egg
 
1/2 cup water
 
2 10 ounce packages frozen
 
Chinese style vegetables
 
2 cups diced cooked pork
 
1 cup cold water
 
4 teaspoons cornstarch
 
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

In saucepan melt butter or margarine.
Remove from heat; add the herb seasoned stuffing mix.
Combine beaten egg and the 1/2 cup water; add to butter stuffing mixture in the saucepan.
Toss mixture well to combine.
Press stuffing mixture into bottom and up onto sides of six lightly greased 1 cup casseroles.
Bake cups at 425° for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the Chinese style vegetables according to package directions.
Add pork.
Blend the 1 cup water, cornstarch, and soy sauce; add to the vegetable pork mixture.
Cook and stir till mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Spoon the hot vegetable pork mixture into the baked stuffing cups.
