 1 cup Quaker Oat Bran hot cereal, uncooked
 All purpose flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Skim milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vegetable oil3 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon Quaker Oat Bran hot cereal, uncooked
 Tomato sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1 medium green, red or yellow bell pepper or combination, cut into rings
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Part skim mozzarella cheese1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves or Italian seasoning, crushed

Directions

Combine 1 cup oat bran, flour and baking powder.
Add milk and oil; mix well.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Heat oven to 425°F.
Lightly spray 12-inch round pizza pan with vegetable oil cooking spray or oil lightly.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon oat bran.
With lightly oiled fingers, pat dough out evenly; shape edge to form rim.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
Spread sauce evenly over partially baked crust.
Top with vegetables; sprinkle with cheese and oregano.
Bake an additional 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into 8 wedges.
