Vegetable Mochi Fry Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Shoyu | 2 Tablespoon | |

| Julienne strips of string beans, carrots and shiitake (mushroom) soaked in water to soften | ||

| Mochi squares | ||
Directions
Cook vegetables in sugar, shoyu, hondashi and shiitake water until carrots are no longer crunchy but not falling apart.
Cut mochi squares into thirds.
To each piece of mochi add one each vegetable and roll with 1/2 strip of bacon.
Fasten with toothpick, roll in cornstarch and fry in about 1/2 inch of hot oil.
