Vegetable Melange Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Cornstarch | 30 Milliliter | |
| Soy sauce | 15 Milliliter | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Milliliter | |
| Broccoli package | 2 , frozen | |
| Frozen peas package | 1 | |
| 125 ml carrots thinly sliced diagonally | ||
| 125 ml diagonally sliced celery | ||
Directions
In frying pan, combine broth, cornstarch, soy and ginger; add vegetables.
Bring to boil, stir.
Reduce heat.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until done.
Stir occasionally.
