Ingredients

 2 heads broccoli flowerets
 2 heads cauliflower flowerets
 Carrots1 Bag (1kg), sliced
 Green bell pepper1 To taste, sliced
 Celery stalks3 , sliced
 Potato1 Can (10oz)
 Cream of celery1 Can (10oz)
 Evaporated milk1 Can (10oz)
 Butter/Margarine1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 Mushrooms1 Can (10oz)
 Shredded Cheddar cheese or French-fried onion rings

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease casserole dish.
Steam the vegetables.
While vegetables are cooking, mix the cans of soup, milk, butter or margarine, and mushrooms.
Place cooked vegetables in casserole and top with soup mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese or onion rings and bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through.
