 1 tbsp. diet margarine
 2 cups diagonally sliced carrots
 2 cups snap beans, broken into 1-in. pieces
 Summer squash2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1 Dash

Directions

MAKING
1) In a nonstick skillet melt margarine.
2) Add vegetables and salt.
3) Cover and cook vegetables for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally till they are crisp-tender.
4) Add pepper and seasoning.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
