Vegetable Marinara Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons Progresso Olive Oil | ||
| Broccoli flowerets | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 cups halved zucchini slices | ||
| Chickpeas | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Peppers | 1 To taste, roasted | |
| 1 jar (6 ounces) Progresso Marinated Mushrooms, undrained | ||
| 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Marinara Sauce | ||
Directions
In a large saucepan heat olive oil until hot.
Add broccoli and zucchini.
Cook and stir until crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain chick peas and dice roasted peppers.
Stir into saucepan along with mushrooms and parsley.
Add Marinara Sauce.
Heat until hot.
