Vegetable Marinara Recipe

Ingredients

 2 tablespoons Progresso Olive Oil
 Broccoli flowerets1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 1/2 cups halved zucchini slices
 Chickpeas1 Can (10oz)
 Peppers1 To taste, roasted
 1 jar (6 ounces) Progresso Marinated Mushrooms, undrained
 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Marinara Sauce

Directions

In a large saucepan heat olive oil until hot.
Add broccoli and zucchini.
Cook and stir until crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain chick peas and dice roasted peppers.
Stir into saucepan along with mushrooms and parsley.
Add Marinara Sauce.
Heat until hot.
