Vegetable Loaf with Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked brown rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (Loaf:) | |

| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated (Loaf:) | |
| Plain yogurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Loaf:) | |
| Eggs | 4 , beaten (Loaf:) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Loaf:) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped (Loaf:) | |
| Basil | 1/2 Teaspoon (Loaf:) | |
| 2 tablespoons butter or oleo | ||
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon (1/8 teaspoon salt Cheese Sauce:) | |
| 1-1/2 cups'milk | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated (1/8 teaspoon salt Cheese Sauce:) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (1/8 teaspoon salt Cheese Sauce:) | |
| 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper or 2 to 3 drops tabasco sauce | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 8 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Set aside.
In large bowl, combine all loaf ingredients until well mixed.
Spoon into prepared loaf pan.
Place in large roasting pan on oven shelf.
Fill roaster with water to 1-inch from top.
Bake 60 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Remove pan to wire rack.
Cool 10 minutes.
Invert onto serving platter.
For Cheese Sauce: Melt butter in saucepan; add flour.
Blend in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly over low heat until mix thickens.
Add cheese and seasoning.
Stir until cheese melts.
