Vegetable Keema Pizza Recipe
|Dry yeast||1 Teaspoon|
|Warm water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|

|Peas||2 Tablespoon, boiled|
|Cheese||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Tomato sauce||1 Tablespoon|

Put salt, oil and flour to yeast mixture and mix with fork for 2-3 minutes and then knead with hands to a smooth dough.
Cover dough with a wet cloth and keep in a warm place for an hour.
Knead the dough again with little dry flour and roll out into a 30 cm round base.
Prick with fork and put in a flat baking dish.
Bake the base in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
Remove base from dish and cool.
Heat 1 tbsp butter.
Put grated cauliflower, lightly mashed peas, raisins, salt and pepper.
Cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes.
Smear butter over the pizza base.
Put tomato sauce and then vegetables.
Decorate with onion rings and tomato wedges and finally put the grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes.
