Vegetable Kebab Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 100 Gram | |
| Carrots | 100 Gram | |
| Beans | 100 Gram | |
| Cauliflower | 100 Gram | |
| Onions | 100 Gram | |
| Bengal Gram | 50 Gram | |
| Coriander leaves | 1/4 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Cumin powder | 1 Gram | |
| Cloves | 1 Gram | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Gram | |
| Green chillies 20 gm. Egg 1 | ||
| Lime | 1/4 | |
| Oil | 50 Gram | |
| Salt | 10 Gram | |
Directions
1. Boil gram.
2. Peel potatoes and boil.
3. Chop fine, carrots, cauliflower and beans.
4. Chop onions and green chillies fine too.
5. Heat 1 tbsp. oil. Add onions and green chillies. Saute. Add finely chopped vegetables.
6. Stir constantly till cooked.
7. Add mashed gram (dal) and potatoes.
8. Add powdered cumin, cloves and cinnamon. Mix well on the fire.
9. Remove.
10. Add sah and chopped coriander leaves and egg. Mix well.
11. Add lime juice.
12. Shape like shammi kababs and deep fry in hot oil.
