Vegetable Gold Coin Recipe

Ingredients
6 bread slices
2 small potatoes boiled
1 spring onion chopped finely upto the greens
1 carrot chopped finely
1 capsicum chopped finely
2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp ajinomoto
Salt to taste
1/4 cup plain flour dissolved in 1/4 cup water
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Oil for frying
Directions
Grate boiled potatoes.
Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil.
Add only the white part of spring onions.
Cook for a minute, till transparent.
Add vegetables and the green onions.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
Add potatoes, soya sauce, salt, pepper and chilli powder.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Keep aside.
With a cutter or a sharp lid of a bottle, cut out small rounds (about 1 1/2" diameter) of the bread.
Spread some potato mixture on the round piece of bread.
Press.
Spread plain flour paste over the potato mixture.
Sprinkle sesame seeds.
Press.
Deep fry in hot oil.
