Easy Vegetable Frittata Recipe

Directions
Place butter and onion in 9-inch quiche dish.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 2 to 3 minutes.
Add asparagus, mushrooms and zucchini.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 4 to 5 minutes; stir after 2 minutes.
In small mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
Pour over vegetables.
Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until set.
