Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe
Vegetable Fried Rice is a dish that I am crazy about. I never get tired of the yummy Vegetable Fried Rice no matter how many times I have prepared it. Try this original recipe for yourself!

| 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice boiled and spread on a tray to dry | ||
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green chillies | 2 , finely chopped | |
| Chopped garlic | 10 Gram, crushed | |
| 2 green onions chopped, keep greens separate | ||
| 1/4 cup very finely sliced french beans | ||
| 1 carrot finely diced | ||
| 1/2 big capsicum diced | ||
| 1-2 tsp soya sauce | ||
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt, pepper, ajinomoto-1/2 tsp of each | ||

Directions
Heat oil.
Stir fry garlic, green chillies and white of onions.
Add beans, then carrots.
Stir fry for 1 minute.
Add capsicum.
Add salt, pepper and ajinomoto.
Add rice.
Add soya sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce.
Add green onions and salt to taste.
Stir fry the rice for 2 minutes.
Stir fry garlic, green chillies and white of onions.
Add beans, then carrots.
Stir fry for 1 minute.
Add capsicum.
Add salt, pepper and ajinomoto.
Add rice.
Add soya sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce.
Add green onions and salt to taste.
Stir fry the rice for 2 minutes.
