Vegetable Do Pyaz Recipe
Ingredients
| Cauliflower | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Peas | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| White pumpkin 225 gm. | ||
| Broad beans 225 gm. | ||
| Tomatoes | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onions | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Red chillies | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Coriander powder | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Turmeric a pinch | ||
| Cumin a pinch | ||
| Ginger | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Garlic a few cloves | ||
| Mustard seeds a pinch | ||
| Salt | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Oil | 30 Milliliter (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Prepare the vegetables.
2. Grind together ginger, red chillies, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin, garlic, mustard seeds and half the onions.
3. Slice remaining onions.
4. Heat fat and fry.the onions till golden brown. Remove.
5. Fry ground spices and vegetables.
6. Add browned onions, salt and water. Cook till vegetables are tender and gravy is thickened.
