Vegetable Dip Verde Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup firmly packed parsley sprigs
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup capers, drained
2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, quartered
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper sauce
Directions
In container of blender or food processor combine all ingredients.
Cover; process until smooth.
Remove to serving bowl.
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
