Vegetable Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Pumpkin | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onions | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Peas | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Vinegar | 30 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Green chillies | 30 Gram (For 4) | |
| Turmeric a pinch | ||
| Cumin a pinch | ||
| Ginger a small piece | ||
| Garlic a few flakes | ||
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Oil | 30 Milliliter (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Peel and cut potatoes and pumpkin into cubes. Shell peas. Peel and slice onions.
2. Slit green chillies, grind the rest of the spices.
3. Heat oil. Fry pumpkin and potato cubes. Remove.
4. Add sliced onions and ground spices. Fry well.
5. Add peas, a little water, salt and green chillies. Bring to boil and add potatoes.
6. When nearly cooked add pumpkin. Simmer till ready.
7. Add vinegar and sugar. Bring to boil. Remove and serve hot.
