Vegetable Curry Recipe
Vegetable Curry is simple to make recipe. Vegetable Curry gets its taste from vegetable mixed with chili powder. Vegetable Curry is loved by many people.
Ingredients
25-40g ghee or 2-3 tblspn oil
1 small onion, chopped
450g diced mixed vegetables
About 1 tspn chilli powder
2 tspn ground coriander
1/2 tspn turmeric
Salt
2-3 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
Directions
Heat the ghee or oil in a pan and gently fry the onion until light brown.
Add the diced vegetables and stir in the chilli powder, coriander, turmeric and salt to taste.
Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, stir well and add 1-2 tblspn water, then cover and cook gently for 10-12 minutes until the mixture is dry.
