Vegetable Combo Recipe
This vegetable combo recipe is a bean and vegetable salad recipe. Tossed with sour cream and garnished with capers, this lovely little salad is made in a jiffy and both fresh and delicious as a side.
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup peas, cooked and drained | ||
| Cooked | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Carrot | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced | |
| 1/2 cup bias-cut celery | ||
| 1/2 cup paper-thin onion slices | ||
| Dairy sour cream | ||
| Capers | 20 | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except sour cream and capers.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve on lettuce-lined plates.
Spoon sour cream over.
Garnish with capers.
