Vegetable Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe tomatoes | 1 Quart, peeled | |
| 1 large sprig parsley | ||
| Scallion | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons chopped celery leaves from the center of the head | ||

Directions
1. Put the tomatoes in the container of an electric blender or food processor, one at a time, and blend or process until smooth after each addition.
