Vegetable Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
1 quart peeled ripe tomatoes
1 large sprig parsley
1 teaspoon finely chopped scallion
2 tablespoons chopped celery leaves from the center of the head
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Put the tomatoes in the container of an electric blender or food processor, one at a time, and blend or process until smooth after each addition.
