Vegetable Cheese Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli or head cauliflower (or two 10-ounce packages frozen) - 1 large bunch, cooked and drained | ||
| Mushroom | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Milk - 1/3 to 1/2 cup | ||
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°
MAKING
2. In a shallow baking dish, place the broccoli and the cauliflower and mix well
3. Add the soup, milk and cheese and mix well
4. Top with the crumbs and then bake in a hot oven till the cheese is bubbling and done.
SERVING
5. Serve hot
