Ingredients

 Carrots1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Broccoli1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Cauliflower1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green onions2 Small, thinly sliced
 1/4 c. nonfat Ranch salad dressing
 1 c. shredded low fat Cheddar cheese
 Chili powder1/2 Teaspoon
 4 (7 inch) tortillas (flour type)
 Iceberg lettuce1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and onions with cheese, dressing and chili powder.
Lay tortillas flat on the counter and spoon about 1/2 cup vegetable mixture and 1/2 cup lettuce down center.
Wrap each tortilla around vegetable mixture.
