Ingredients

 White bread - 1 slice, made into crumbs
 Mushrooms1 Can (10oz)
 Green pepper1/2 To taste
 Celery - 2 ribs, finely minced
 Poultry seasonings - 1/4 teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/8 Teaspoon
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Chicken bouillon - 2 to 4 tablespoons

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, put together all ingredients except bouillon and mix well.
2. Sprinkle enough bouillon to moisten the mixture; blend it well.

SERVING
3. Stuff chicken breast or shrimps or fresh fillets with the mixture.
4. Bake it in the oven until tender.

TIPS
In a non-stick baking pan, the stuffing can be baked separately for 20-25 minutes until top is brown.
