Vegetable Bread Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| White bread - 1 slice, made into crumbs | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste | |
| Celery - 2 ribs, finely minced | ||
| Poultry seasonings - 1/4 teaspoon | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Chicken bouillon - 2 to 4 tablespoons | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, put together all ingredients except bouillon and mix well.
2. Sprinkle enough bouillon to moisten the mixture; blend it well.
SERVING
3. Stuff chicken breast or shrimps or fresh fillets with the mixture.
4. Bake it in the oven until tender.
TIPS
In a non-stick baking pan, the stuffing can be baked separately for 20-25 minutes until top is brown.
