Vegetable Beef Burgers Recipe

|Lean ground sirloin||1 Pound|

|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil spray||1|
|Whole wheat hamburger buns||6|
|Tomato||1 Large, sliced|

Divide mixture into six portions and shape each into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
Spray a heavy, nonstick skillet with vegetable oil spray and heat over medium-high heat.
Add beef patties and cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until done as desired.
Handle meat patties very carefully to prevent breaking.
Place cooked patties on paper towels and blot to absorb fat.
Serve on buns with tomato, lettuce, mustard and ketchup.
