 Vegetable broth1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Raw goodness chia2 Tablespoon
 Miso1 Tablespoon

Directions

Saute onion in olive oil.
When translucent, add 3 tbsp nutritional yeast. Stir, saute a minute or so.
Add salt and pepper to taste. If you want to add curry, cumin, sage or other spices, do that now.
Add 1/2 cup vegetable broth, stir well.
Add raw goodness chia, stir well.
Turn down heat and let thicken up to 5 minutes.
Add miso, stir well.

There is so much more variety that a vegan gravy can be prepared with ... especially if your are using cashew nuts..its great and comes out creamy with a great taste.. most Indian gravies are vegan.. so taking a cue from there then and now and westernizing it can be fun and delicious too :)
