Healthy Vegan Wrap with Hummus Recipe Video
Chef Keith Snow is going to show a vegan recipe especially for vegans, vegan wrap with hummus. It has all the healthy vegan ingredients and tastes good.
Ingredients
Whole wheat wrap - 1 large
Roasted red pepper hummus - 1/2 cup
Dates pitted - 1 large
Organic leaf lettuce - 1 large handful, torn
Avocado - 4 large, sliced
Herb vinaigrette - 1 teaspoon
Directions
1. Onto the wrap, add all ingredients except lettuce.
2. In a large mixing bowl, toss lettuce in the 4-herb vinaigrette.
3. Add the tossed lettuce into wrap and roll carefully.
4. Cut in half and serve.
Chef’s Notes:
In place of the tortilla wrap a lavash will do the trick.
