Vegan Mince Pies Recipe
Ingredients
| Whitefat- 2 oz (30g) | ||
| Vegan margarine | 2 Ounce | |
| Wholemeal | 1/2 Pound | |
| Fruit sugar | 2 Ounce | |
| Cold water | ||
| Vegan Mince-meat - 1/2 lb (dried fruits and nuts) | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C (Gas Mark 6)
MAKING
2. Rub the fats into the flour and add sugar, also mix with just enough cold water to make a soft dough
3. Roll out thinly and line patty tins
4. Add mincemeat, cover with pastry and snip the top
5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes
SERVING
6. Can be served with a sauce of your choice
