Veg Potli Recipe
Ingredients
| Refined flour | 150 Gram (For the dough) | |
| Oil | 1 Teaspoon (For the dough) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon (For the dough) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For the dough) | |
| Dough | 50 Milliliter (For the dough) | |
| 1 medium-sized potato, boiled and peeled | ||
| Green peas | 1 Tablespoon, boiled (For the filling) | |
| 1/2 a small onion, grated | ||
| Carrot | 1 Small (For the filling) | |
| 1 medium-sized capsicum, minced | ||
| Mango powder | 1 Teaspoon (For the filling) | |
| 1 tsp sambar powder | ||
| Salt | To Taste (For the filling) | |
| Frying Oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Divide into six equal portions.
Prepare dough using all ingredients.
Roll it into small size chapattis. Fill it with one teaspoon filling.
Shape it into a potli, tie it up with thin strips of dough and deep-fry.
