Ingredients

 Refined flour150 Gram (For the dough)
 Oil1 Teaspoon (For the dough)
 Sugar1 Teaspoon (For the dough)
 Salt To Taste (For the dough)
 Dough50 Milliliter (For the dough)
 1 medium-sized potato, boiled and peeled
 Green peas1 Tablespoon, boiled (For the filling)
 1/2 a small onion, grated
 Carrot1 Small (For the filling)
 1 medium-sized capsicum, minced
 Mango powder1 Teaspoon (For the filling)
 1 tsp sambar powder
 Salt To Taste (For the filling)
 Frying Oil2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Divide into six equal portions.
Prepare dough using all ingredients.
Roll it into small size chapattis. Fill it with one teaspoon filling.
Shape it into a potli, tie it up with thin strips of dough and deep-fry.
