Ingredients

For the dough
150 gm refined flour
1 tsp oil
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
40-50 ml water (to knead the dough)
For the filling
1 medium-sized potato, boiled and peeled
1 tbsp green peas, boiled
1/2 a small onion, grated
1 small carrot, cut into small cubes
1 medium-sized capsicum, minced
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp sambar powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

How to make Veg Potli

Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Divide into six equal portions.
Prepare dough using all ingredients.
Roll it into small size chapattis. Fill it with one teaspoon filling.
Shape it into a potli, tie it up with thin strips of dough and deep-fry.
