Italian Veg Lasagna Roll Ups Recipe Video

Lasagna roll ups are cooked lasagna noodles rolled up with a cheese and vegetable mixture and baked in a sauce. If Cream Cheese is not available it could be replaced with Ricotta Cheese. This dish uses three different types of cheeses- cottage, parmesan and mozzarella. This is a fabulous dish to bring to a party or even to have as a meal. Serve with garlic bread, bread mushroom. Ingredients

 Cooked lasagna noodles8

 Mushrooms2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Oregano2 Teaspoon
 Dried parsley1 Teaspoon
 Red chilli flakes1 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1 Teaspoon
 Spaghetti sauce/Pasta sauce3 Cup (48 tbs)
 Chopped garlic2 Teaspoon
 Olive oil2 Teaspoon

Directions

Heat 2 tsp Olive oil and add chopped garlic, cook for just minute.
Add chopped mushrooms, mix and cook for 2 mts.
Add chopped spinach leaves, mix and cook till the time spinach wilt down.
Add oregano, crushed red pepper, black pepper, salt to taste, mix well and cook for 2 mts.
Take cream cheese at room temperature, beat well to make it smooth.
Add spaghetti sauce, add parsley, oregano, crushed red pepper, black pepper, salt, mix well.
Add mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and fold gently in cream cheese mixture.
Boil lasagna noodles as per packet instructions, drain water and place on aluminium foil.
Take one of lasagna noodle, first spread some cheese mixture leaving some space at the end of noodle.
Next add spinach, mushroom mixture, and start to roll lasagna.
Grease 8" baking tray with oil, next spread some spaghetti sauce, then arrange all lasagna rolls over sauce.
Again pour some sauce over lasagna rolls, top with leftover mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover baking tray with aluminium foil and bake on 375 degree farenheit for 30 minutes.
