Veg All Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cans Veg-AII, drained | ||
| Mayonnaise | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1/2 purple onion, chopped | ||
| 1 roll Ritz crackers | ||
| Butter stick/Margarine | 1 , melted | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In 13 x 9-inch pan, mix together: Veg-All, mayonnaise, cheese and onion.
Crush the crackers and mix with the melted butter.
Spread overtop.
Bake for 30 minutes.
