Veal & Wild Mushrooms risotto " truffle perfumed" Recipe
Ingredients
Veal & Black truffle risotto
1 lb veal sliced
1 ½ oz olive oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
4 oz shiitake mushrooms
4 oz cremini mushrooms
4 oz portobello mushrooms
2 cup heavy cream
1 oz white wine
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp white truffle oil
Basic risotto
4 cups basic risotto
½ plb Arborio
24 oz chicken stock
White onion
2oz olive oil
Salt pepper
Directions
Heat the oil in a large sauté pan, add garlic and veal, sauté for 2 minutes add mushrooms , white wine simmer until absorbed , add heavy cream ,risotto, tuffle oil and parsley
Cook over low heat searing frequently until is done. salt pepper to taste
