Veal Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lb lean stewing veal 750 g | ||
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sliced onion | 1 , chopped | |
| 1 can consomme | ||
| Tomato Paste | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cube the veal and toss with flour and paprika.
Stir fry veal and onion quickly in hot oil until lightly colored., Pour in the consomme and cover.
Simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
Stir in paste mixed with sour cream and reheat without boiling.
Taste for seasoning.
