Veal Steak Recipe

Ingredients
| Veal round steak | 4 Pound, cut 1/2 inch thick | |

| Eggs | 2 Small, beaten | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 2 Can (20 oz) | |
| Water | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
| Beef bouillon | 2 (cube) | |
| Beef | 2 | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), minced | |
| Sour cream | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Capers | 4 Tablespoon |
Directions
Step1-Cut veal into 12 slices.
Step2-Mix egg, salt, pepper and paprika.
Step3-Dip veal in beaten egg and then bread crumbs. Brown.
Step4- Add other ingredients except sour cream and capers which are added after cooking veal slowly for 55 minutes.
