Ingredients

 Veal round steak4 Pound, cut 1/2 inch thick
 Round steak4 Pound
 Eggs2 Small, beaten
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Paprika2 Teaspoon
 Dry bread crumbs2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
 Mushrooms2 Can (20 oz)
 Water2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
 Beef bouillon2 (cube)
 Beef2
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), minced
 Sour cream2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Capers4 Tablespoon

Directions

Step1-Cut veal into 12 slices.
Step2-Mix egg, salt, pepper and paprika.
Step3-Dip veal in beaten egg and then bread crumbs. Brown.
Step4- Add other ingredients except sour cream and capers which are added after cooking veal slowly for 55 minutes.
