Veal Paprikash Recipe

Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 pound veal round steak, cut in 3/4 inch cubes | ||
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 5 1/2 ounce package noodles with sour cream sauce mix | ||
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Poppy seed | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine flour, salt, and dash pepper.
Coat veal with flour mixture.
In large skillet slowly brown the veal on all sides in hot oil.
Add the 1 1/4 cups water, onion, and paprika.
Cover and cook over low heat till veal is tender, about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Blend sauce mix from noodle package with the 1/4 cup water.
Stir into meat mixture; cook over low heat about 5 minutes more, stirring frequently.
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain thoroughly.
Toss with butter and poppy seed.
Turn noodles onto warm platter; top with veal mixture.
Serves 4 or 5.
