Ingredients

 1 1/2 lbs. veal, cut from the round
 1 egg, slightly beaten with
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Paprika
 Salt1 Tablespoon
 Butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cream of chicken soup1 Can (10oz)
 Half and Half3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cherries1 Can (10oz), pitted
 Juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Have veal cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces.
Dip veal in egg mixture, coat with crumbs and sprinkle with paprika and salt.
Saute in butter until brown.
Stir in soup, cream and cherry juice.
Simmer on lowest heat for 45 minutes.
Add drained cherries during last 5 minutes.
